This does not include group home and auto benefits. RBC Insurance My Benefits features: • View your digital ID card (this is also your travel card if you have travel benefits) and save it offline for quick and easy access. • Submit a health (including spending accounts), drug, dental and travel claims directly from your smartphone or tablet. • Find a RBC Insurance approved health-care provider or pharmacy near you, identify which offer direct billing and view quality ratings. • Check whether a health service, medical supplies or drug is covered under your plan including the amount that will be covered. • Search your claims history to get a real time status of any recently submitted claims as well details of previously processed claims. • View any alerts about any pending claim audits. • View your Spending Account balances. • Access to Health and Wellbeing services and discounts, including the Wellness Program. • Access to Government of Canada global travel advisories.
