Purchase a recurring or lifetime subscription in the app for access. Or if you are a current customer, login to unlock access. All subscriptions include all features and core Visible Human male and female data. Access to other datasets may require additional purchases. Built on real anatomy from the National Library of Medicine's Visible Human Project. Each anatomical structure is true-to-life from cross-sections taken through actual cadavers. Thus, structural relationships and correlations between 3D and cross-sectional anatomy are perfectly maintained. With the ability to interact with over 2,000 real anatomical structures through identification, dissection, assembly and rotation, the VH Dissector provides an understanding of the complex three-dimensional structure of the human body in ways other resources cannot. The VH Dissector platform also includes a variety of pre-built content for laboratory, online and hybrid courses. Provided content includes: * A virtual anatomy laboratory for an interactive, online experience with real anatomy at an undergraduate level. * A complete medical level cadaver dissection guide including photographic self-quizzes of over 100 specimens. * A library of labeled and correlated ultrasound, radiographic, CT and MRI imaging. * A growing library of anatomically based presentations for various clinical examinations and procedures. Additionally, the VH Dissector can be integrated with various online platforms including learning management systems for completely customized curriculum development. “We are making daily online quizzes that include VHD bookmarks during this time when all of their learning is online. All cadaveric dissection has been postponed. The use of the VHD bookmarks is a valuable means to guide our students in their learning.” — Kyle Rarey, PhD, University of Florida College of Medicine This app currently supports all iPads with at least 3GB of RAM.
