Calmetry: AI Calorie Counter のアプリ分析 10月31日

Calmetry is an AI calorie counter and tracker for macros, water and weight. Keep a food diary, create recipes and follow your progress toward weight loss, maintenance or weight gain. FOOD BY PHOTO, VOICE OR TEXT Photograph a meal or package, add several photos, type a description or dictate it. AI estimates ingredients, portions, calories and macros. Review the result, adjust quantities and save it. Analysis can continue in the background. Automatic food illustrations are available for entries without your own photo. FOODS & YOUR DIARY Scan barcodes, search the catalog or add custom foods. See photos, portions, ingredients, allergens and available nutrients. Read nutrition labels from photos. Calmetry Score and the app-calculated Nutri-Score A–E help compare products when enough data is available. Log breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Favorites, recent foods and repeated meals save time. The mini calendar opens your history, and notes are saved for a specific day. RECIPES FROM YOUR FAVORITE SOURCES Import recipes from TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and website links, photos or text. AI turns accessible content into a recipe with ingredients, preparation steps and estimated nutrition. Review and edit the result; import availability depends on the source. Browse recipes with photos, save favorites and filter by ingredients, diet and allergens. Build homemade dishes using food search or the scanner: enter quantities, cooked weight and servings, and calories and macros are calculated automatically. CAFES & RESTAURANTS Scan a menu QR code, paste a link or add a photo. View estimated calories and macros, choose dishes with your remaining daily allowance in mind and add your order to the diary. CALMETRY AI WITH MEMORY Ask about nutrition, recipes, activity and progress. The assistant uses your logs, goals and preferences. Your account shares one conversation history across entry points. Review proposed diary actions and manage saved facts. YOUR PERSONAL PLAN Get estimated calorie, macro and water targets based on your profile, activity and goal. Edit targets and choose home-screen metrics, including fiber, sugar, salt and other available nutrients. Adaptive targets may suggest calorie adjustments once enough history is available. Changes require your confirmation. WATER, WEIGHT & PROGRESS Add water with a tap and view hydration history. Record weight, progress photos and body measurements. Compare changes over a selected period and see an estimated time to your goal. AI body-photo analysis provides an approximate body-composition estimate. Daily and weekly summaries, nutrition and step charts, streaks, rewards and reminders support consistency. Share results and create a PDF report for a selected period. HEALTH, WATCHES & WIDGETS With permission, sync activity, steps, weight, nutrition and water with Apple Health. Calmetry for Apple Watch shows progress and lets you quickly log entries from your watch. Compatible Garmin watches can connect through Calmetry in Connect IQ. Home and Lock Screen widgets, Live Activities, Dynamic Island, StandBy, Siri, Control Center and the Action button are available on compatible devices. Link Apple, Google or email to retain access to your history. Calmetry is free to download. Search and manual logging require no subscription. Free AI requests are limited. Further AI analysis, body scans and advanced features require Calmetry Premium, an auto-renewing subscription. Manage it in App Store settings. AI estimates are approximate: check ingredients and portions. The app does not replace a doctor or dietitian. Body scanning is not a medical measurement.
