RitmePundi - Rate Keeper のアプリ分析 11月3日

RitmePundi helps freelancers understand the real profitability of every project, client, and work session. It is more than a time tracker. RitmePundi combines time tracking, hidden cost logging, project risk labels, client context, settlement reviews, and weekly profit insights to show what your work actually keeps after costs. WHY RITMEPUNDI? Freelance income is not only about hours worked or revenue earned. Unpaid communication, preparation time, platform fees, tools, commute, revisions, and low-efficiency projects can quietly reduce your real hourly rate. RitmePundi helps you capture those details and turn them into clear project profitability insights. CORE FEATURES PROJECT PROFIT PROFILE Create projects with project type, client type, target profit margin, risk tag, and review summary. Compare projects not only by rate, but by business quality. SMART TIMER Track focused work time by project. Start, pause, and stop sessions with a simple timer built for freelancers and gig workers. SETTLEMENT REVIEW After each session, record revenue, hidden costs, cost reason, work quality, client communication time, whether the project was worth it, and a short session summary. REAL HOURLY RATE RitmePundi calculates your real hourly rate from revenue, monetary costs, unpaid time costs, and communication time. DASHBOARD PROFIT INSIGHTS See profit health, hidden cost alerts, best project this week, focus score, client efficiency, current rate, weekly earnings, and today’s settlement overview. WEEKLY PROFIT REPORTS Review weekly insights including top earning day, lowest effective rate day, cost reason summary, hidden cost breakdown, and next week recommendations. HISTORY WITH DAILY INSIGHTS Look back at each day with daily profit health, main cost driver, focus score, earnings, and effective hourly rate. PRIVACY MODE Hide sensitive financial numbers when working in public or sharing screenshots. WHO IS IT FOR?
