Sauté: Video Recipes のアプリ分析 9月28日

A recipe you saw on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or Facebook becomes a real recipe card, ready to cook. Sauté also keeps a journal of what you eat: take a photo of your dish and see how many calories it has. FROM VIDEO TO RECIPE Share the video to Sauté, or paste its link. In about a minute, you get the ingredients with their amounts, the steps in order, the timings and a photo of the dish. Whatever the video doesn't say is flagged, never made up. Every recipe credits its creator and links back to the original video. A CATALOG THAT GROWS WITH YOU A recipe someone else has already turned into a card opens instantly and doesn't count against your analyses. Search by dish or ingredient, or tell us what's in your fridge. THE MEAL JOURNAL Log a recipe you cooked, search for a food ("a drizzle of olive oil", "two eggs"), or, with Sauté Premium, take a photo of your plate. Calories, protein, carbs and fat come as honest ranges, from the Ciqual (Anses) and Open Food Facts tables. One or two questions are enough to narrow them. No goals, no countdowns: your week at a glance, and the days you cooked. Nothing is saved without your consent, which you can withdraw anytime in Profile. YOUR RECIPES, YOUR WAY Organize your recipes into collections, adjust servings, correct an amount: your edits only change your own copy. Cooking mode keeps the screen on, step by step. VERIFIED BY THE TEAM Recipes checked by hand against their video, ingredient by ingredient. FREE, AND SAUTÉ PREMIUM Every month, 6 video analyses are free. Sauté Premium adds: • up to 100 video analyses a month; • every recipe Verified by the team; • calories from a photo of your meals; • more collections. Monthly or yearly subscription, with a 7-day free trial on the yearly plan. The rest of the catalog stays free for everyone. Sauté is not a medical tool: calories are estimates.
