TO CREATE, DEACTIVATE OR LOG IN TO AN ACCOUNT Log in with your existing account or create a new account to book ferry travel and access personalized features on the app. You do not need an account to view schedules and current conditions. If you do not have an account, follow these simple steps to get started: 1. Create an account on bcferries.com. 2. An account activation link will be sent to your email. Open the link within the email and log in on bcferries.com to complete activation. 3. Close the window on your mobile browser. 4. Open the app and enter your new login details. To deactivate your BC Ferries account, email key.accounts@bcferries.com and request to deactivate your account. Daily schedules now show the next sailing being ticketed and estimated deck space available. CURRENT CONDITIONS Route sailing status and estimated deck space are now easier to check with the updated Current Conditions layout.
