To properly handle messages received while the app is the default messaging app, read and receive SMS and MMS permissions are mandatory. Existing backups are required to restore text messages and call logs. This app requires access to the following permissions: ● Read and receive SMS and MMS permissions to backup and restore text messages. ● Read and write call log permissions to backup and restore call logs. ● Permissions to read, modify, or delete the contents of your USB storage to backup and restore photos, media, and files. ● Location permission to access your Wi-Fi network details to detect insecure Wi-Fi settings. ● Accessibility permission (AccessibilityService API) in the Web Shield feature that protects you from threats on the web by alerting you when you visit a malicious web site.
