Work Shift Calendar & Paycheck のアプリ分析 10月18日

Plan your work shifts, track hours worked, calculate overtime and night hours, and estimate your paycheck in one place. Work Shift Calendar & Paycheck combines a shift calendar, work schedule planner, work hours tracker and pay calculator for shift workers who want to organize their schedule. WORK SHIFT CALENDAR & SHIFT SCHEDULE Build your work schedule with morning, evening, night, weekend, split or on-call shifts. Use the shift calendar to see workdays, days off and upcoming shifts at a glance. • Add and edit your own work shifts. • Create a clear shift schedule for irregular schedules. • Keep rotating shifts, night shifts and weekend shifts together. • Use separate calendars for different jobs. Use the app as a work shift calendar, shift planner, work schedule calendar or personal work schedule app. Your shift planner can organize rotating schedules, changing shift patterns, recurring schedules, 12 hour shift schedules and other work cycles. ROTATING SHIFTS & SHIFT PATTERNS Manage rotating shifts, a rotating schedule and changing work shift patterns in the same work schedule calendar. Keep day shifts, night shifts, split shifts, on-call shifts, weekends and repeating work patterns together. If you work a 2-2-3 work schedule, 4 on 4 off schedule, 24/48 schedule or another repeating pattern, add the shifts that apply and review the work cycle in your shift calendar. WORK HOURS TRACKER & HOURS WORKED CALCULATOR Enter the start and end time for each shift and keep a clear record of work hours. Review hours worked by day, week, month or custom period. Use the work hours tracker, work hours calculator and hours worked calculator to review regular hours, breaks, overtime hours and night hours. The hours worked calculator helps you compare work time across periods. Keep a personal work log and timesheet with your shifts, hours worked and overtime. OVERTIME CALCULATOR, NIGHT HOURS & SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL Track overtime separately from regular hours and record night hours when they apply. Use the overtime calculator and overtime tracker to review overtime hours and estimate overtime pay from the rates you enter. The overtime calculator also helps show how extra hours change expected earnings. If your job uses a night shift differential or another shift differential, keep those rates with your schedule and see how different shifts affect estimated pay. PAY CALCULATOR & PAYCHECK ESTIMATOR Set your hourly rate or the amount associated with a shift and use the hourly pay calculator to estimate earnings from the work hours you record. Review estimated pay for a day, week, month or custom period. Use the pay calculator, hours and pay calculator and paycheck estimator to connect hours worked, overtime, night hours and shift pay with expected earnings. Compare your estimated paycheck with the paycheck you receive. Pay estimates are for personal planning. The app does not calculate taxes, deductions, official net pay or payroll. TIMESHEET, WORK LOG & MULTIPLE JOBS Keep shifts, hours worked, overtime and estimated earnings together as a personal timesheet and work log. Use separate calendars for a main or second job, with their own work shifts, work hours and pay settings. FOR NURSES, FIREFIGHTERS & SHIFT WORKERS Useful as a nurse shift calendar or nurse schedule for nurses and healthcare workers, a firefighter shift calendar or firefighter schedule for firefighters, and a work schedule planner for EMTs, paramedics, police officers, security workers, factory workers, retail workers, hospitality staff, drivers and delivery workers. PDF REPORTS & PRINTABLE WORK SCHEDULE Create PDF reports with recorded shifts, work hours and estimated earnings. Create monthly or yearly PDF calendars, save, share or print your work schedule. Use one app as your shift calendar, shift planner and work schedule calendar, track work hours and overtime, keep a timesheet and work log, and estimate pay with a pay calculator and paycheck estimator.
