Capital Manager BSM (medior) Role purpose: Manage and optimize capital within BSM by delivering accurate analysis, supporting decision-making, and ensuring compliance with internal and external capital requirements. Key responsibilities Analyze capital position, drivers, and sensitivities; translate outcomes into actionable insights. Support capital planning, forecasting, and reporting cycles with high data quality and clear documentation. Monitor regulatory and internal capital metrics; identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities. Prepare management updates and stakeholder materials; explain results to non-technical audiences. Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Treasury, and business teams to align assumptions and methodologies. Contribute to process improvements, automation, and governance to increase efficiency and control. Required skills and experience Medior experience in capital management, financial risk, balance sheet management, or related finance/risk domains. Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret complex datasets and model outputs. Knowledge of capital frameworks and reporting expectations (internal and regulatory). Proficiency with reporting/analysis tools (e.g., Excel and data/BI tooling); structured problem solving. Clear communication, stakeholder management, and ability to work across teams. High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and adherence to controls and deadlines.
