Ingredients: Cherry ripple500g cherries (pitted)1/3 cup sugar1/3 cup waterChocolate layer80g dark chocolate2 tbsp cream3 cups prepared vanilla custard300ml whipping cream1/3 cup condensed milk Instructions:Start my adding cherries, water and sugar to a pan. Cook on a med heat until it’s reduced and becomes jam like in texture.Melt the chocolate and cream together till you have a smooth sauce.Whip the cream till it thickens, add in the condensed milk and custard and whip till you get stiff peaks. Now it’s time to assemble!In your dish (I used a loaf pan) start by lining it with baking paper or cling film. Start adding the cream layer, dollop some of the cherries and chocolate on top and swirl it. Repeat these layers till you reach the top of your pan. Smooth out the top and cover with baking paper/cling film and leave to freeze overnight! Enjoy the Cherry swirl ice-cream.
