the hub will be groovy- a merge of new fresh food options built for the on-the-go consumer. space to sit outside in the fall and outside (covered) in the winter. we are planning to have a farm-market stand so people can buy fresh ingredients on their way from class back home. a space for foodies and hungry people alike to get full from breakfast, brunch, lunch, linner and late-night. it’s great for groups because everyone can pick out what they want and then pig out together.
