Hoewel de definitieve wetteksten nog niet beschikbaar zijn, nemen we je mee door de belangrijkste punten zoals beschreven in het regeerakkoord. Deze informatie is voorlopig dan ook uitsluitend gebaseerd op de tekst van het Regeerakkoord dd. 31 januari 2025. Van heel wat maatregelen zijn de concrete modaliteiten ook nog onbekend en zullen we moeten wachten op het wetgevend proces alvorens hierover meer duidelijkheid te krijgen. Toch willen we je alvast een helder overzicht bieden van de verwachte fiscale veranderingen, door de meest relevante bepalingen in deze bijdrage reeds aan te halen.
