About four years ago I went through one of the most difficult and traumatic experiences in my life. It was a situation involving a failed business partnership that went awry. It was particularly painful having my name unfairly slandered but feeling that I couldn’t speak out because I felt there was no possible way to do so without adding to the drama and making myself look bad. I wanted to stay in a high vibe place and be as far away from the negativity as possible. However, I know that it’s sooooo much easier for me to say that and feel totally ok with it now, versus what it felt like when I was living this situation exactly four years ago….  Maybe you’ve gone through one or more particularly trying times in your life. Times where people have hurt you, or dragged your name through the mud.
