It is a fully featured 3D action platformer game worth playing that will improve English speaking skills helping with grammar, pronunciation, from everyday to advanced English vocabulary. QUALITY SCREEN TIME - Quality screen time is more than just learning. It's about engaging with the taught material through play and games. As the player becomes a master in artistry by collecting words to color the world, confidence is additionally built in reading, definitions, meanings and grammar, spelling mastery as well as pronunciation and oracy. It's a gamified feedback loop of rewarding and gratification that is seamlessly intertwined with concepts such as word study, syllables, spelling, collocations, synonyms, sentences and context. Word Tag is the ideal language learning quiz and vocabulary learning companion. It might look like just play, but it's also a scientifically proven learning tool. The award-winning team at Mrs Wordsmith brought in literacy experts and teachers to embed the right pedagogy in the game and help produce Word Tag’s unique game-based learning approach. PROVEN RESULTS - Spaced Repetition is the most effective way to learn new words. It works by repeatedly exposing the same word over a series of short, focused learning sessions, to ensure vocabulary is stored in long-term memory and, ultimately, to improve reading comprehension. The order of the word games in Word Tag is thus carefully scaffolded, with each minigame building a deeper understanding of a word, which in turn helps with reading, speaking and writing the English language. LEARNING THROUGH PLAY - Games engage our attention because they are hands-on experiences. When we are engaged, we learn better. Stanford Research shows that information presented in a game is more likely to be learned than the same information presented in a book. As the player explores Word Tag’s large, beautiful 3D world and customizes their character through gameplay, they're armed with interactive flashcards and build their personal dictionary. They engage with daily vocabulary challenges and a daily quiz, reinforcing learning through consistent practice. Combining Spaced Repetition with games and play, Word Tag is utilizing the most effective pillar of the Science of Reading framework for retaining knowledge: By spacing out bite-sized chunks of learning between fun and engaging gameplay.
