Steps come from Health, so they count even while the app is closed • Open the app and your stone is ground by the steps since last time • Open it while you walk and watch the stone roll • Finished stones line up on your shelf — replay any of them from raw block to sphere • Carry as many stones as you like and swap whenever you feel like it • A Home Screen widget shows the stone in your hand and how far along it is A pebble takes about four days. Seventeen materials in all, from rock salt, amber and gold to jade, ruby, sapphire and diamond. The pebble is free; every other stone is a one-time purchase. Your steps are used only on your device and never leave it.
