ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE DISCLOSURE Quessia uses Android's AccessibilityService API for two features, each with its own switch in Android Settings. 1. App blocking: when you turn on the "Quessia blocking" service, it detects which app is open, so it can show the block screen over apps covered by one of your active rules. It reads only the package name. 2. Feed blocker (optional, Pro): when you turn on the "Quessia feed blocker" service, it checks the on-screen layout of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and X, only for apps you enable, to tell whether a Reels, Shorts or For you feed is open. It reads layout IDs and the names of tabs and buttons. When a feed opens, it leaves the feed (by going back, or by switching to the Following tab) and shows a notice. It does not read messages, comments, passwords or anything you type, and it does not collect, store or share any of this data. Everything stays on your device. Both services are used only for these purposes. Quessia asks for your consent in the app before you enable them, and you can turn them off at any time in your phone's Accessibility settings.
