myTorranceCA app, an official City of Torrance app, makes it convenient to interact with Torrance from wherever you are! Residents and community members can submit requests, make online payments, access online services, keep up to date with news & events, or even make a phone call to staff when necessary.    This app is focused on interactions with City Hall so citizens can remain connected to our community. 1.
