It notifies you in real-time with customized, science-backed recommendations to help you use your Theragun for more effective recovery. ACTIVITY TRACKING AND WEARABLES SYNCING Record activities using your favorite health and fitness wearable devices or apps. You can track runs, walks, hikes, bike rides, workouts, yoga, and dozens more.
