Goal Tracker & OKR - Tain análises de aplicativos para 21 de outubro

Tain is a goal tracker that breaks each goal into key results you can measure and habits you do every day, then shows your progress on a calendar. Use it for weight loss, exam prep, language study, saving money, or any goal you keep starting and dropping. WHAT YOU CAN DO Set goals with deadlines Add goals like "Lose 10 lb by summer," "Pass the AWS certification," or "Save $5,000 this year." Each goal has a deadline and its own notes. Plan habits and to-dos Decide what you will actually do: "Vocabulary for 10 minutes every morning," "Run on Tuesdays and Thursdays." Repeat daily, on chosen weekdays, or on a set day each month. Today's tasks, ready when you open the app Your habits and to-dos turn into a daily task list automatically, so there is nothing to plan each morning. Track key results in numbers Log weight, study hours, savings, or any number that shows progress. Show a running total (study hours) or the latest value (weight). Review on the calendar See which days you followed through, check your completion rate, and get a message when you keep a streak going. Reminders Get a notification at a set time for each task, or a nudge when something is still unfinished that day. Themes Change the theme color and background image. EXAMPLES Weight loss Goal: Lose 10 lb by summer. Habits: Run on Tue and Thu, weigh in daily. Key result: Weight. Exam prep Goal: Pass the AWS certification. Habits: 30 minutes of practice questions on weekdays, a mock exam on Saturdays. Key result: Study hours. Language learning Goal: Hold a 10-minute conversation in Spanish. Habits: Flashcards every morning, tutor sessions 3 times a week. Key result: Lessons completed. Saving money Goal: Save $5,000 this year. To-do: Check the balance at the end of each month. Key result: Amount saved. Fitness Goal: 50 push-ups in a row. Habit: Strength training on Mon, Wed and Fri. Key result: Reps. WHY OKR Tain is built on OKR (Objectives and Key Results), the goal-setting method used at Google and many other companies. You pair each objective with a few key results you can measure, so "try harder" turns into "I'm at 60%, and I need two more study sessions this week." A tip from OKR: set key results a little high. Reaching 60 to 70% is a good result. GOOD FIT IF YOU - set New Year's resolutions that fade by February - want more than a checkbox habit tracker - want to see progress in numbers, not just streaks - have several goals at once, like fitness, study and money - want your to-do list connected to your long-term goals FAQ How is Tain different from a habit tracker or to-do app? It does both, and it also shows how close each habit is getting you to your goal, using key results you track in numbers. Goals, habits, to-dos and records live in one app. Can I track study hours or weight? Yes. Add them as key results and log values whenever you like. Choose a running total for things like study hours, or the latest value for things like weight. What if I can't keep up every day? You don't have to. Set habits for "Tuesdays and Fridays," "every other day," or "the 1st of each month," and use reminders to stay on track at your own pace. PLANS Tain is free to start. Premium removes the limits on goals, activities, key results and notes. Terms of Use: https://tain-goal.com/terms-of-use/
