Your phone, but calmer. Yin Yang is a minimalist Android launcher built to reduce screen time, stop doomscrolling, and clear the clutter. A distraction-free launcher with a calm home screen, gentle awareness tools, and the essentials you need, one swipe away. 🏠 Home Screen: Minimalism, made beautiful • Grayscale icons, black and white themes, and clean typography for a non-distracting interface. An e-ink launcher made for paper-like screens. • Edit Look: restyle home, drawer, and My Space with a live preview • Two home layouts: clock-first Classic, or a minimal text launcher with your apps as a quiet list • Clocks, fonts, icon packs, and static, dynamic, or live wallpapers, with light, dark, or auto themes • App drawer your way: text-only or icons, A to Z sections, recent apps. Hide apps you'd rather not see. 🌿 Mind Space: Less screen time, more focus You set the boundary, the app holds it. • Pause before you scroll (Mindful Pause): A calming breath before distracting apps open. A soft moment to ask: do I really want this scroll? Six in ten pauses end in a walk-away. • App timer (Mindful Timer): Give the apps that eat your screen time a shared daily budget, then open each one for a session you choose. When time's up, a gentle cooldown. • Focus Mode: Hide everything except the apps you allow. Start anytime, or set schedules. Soft sessions let you leave early. Strict sessions hold the line. • App blocker (Mindful Break): Block a distracting app for 1, 3, 7, or 30 days, a real digital detox. It stays visible but faded, with your reason and the date it comes back. • Screen time tracker: Daily screen time, pickups, and what you reach for after each unlock. Plain data, no report card. 🧠 An ADHD launcher that lowers the noise • Grayscale, clutter-free screens lower visual noise. Three predictable pages, so everything lives where you left it. • Notes, to-dos, and calendar one swipe away: the external memory your brain should not have to be. • Gentle pauses catch autopilot app-opens. 📌 My Space: A productivity launcher with widgets Widgets that earn their place. Every essential, none of the noise. • Built-in widgets for Notes, To-Do, Calendar, Weather, App Folders, quotes, Screen Time, Steps, Hydration, and Music • Third-party Android widgets like Google Calendar, Spotify, and Google Keep, in color or monochrome 💚 Generous free tier No forced subscription. Free: themes, both layouts, static wallpapers, app drawer customization, breathing guides, Mindful Pause and Timer for your top distraction, soft Focus sessions, and a curated set of My Space widgets. Pro (yearly or lifetime): the full clock, font, and live wallpaper collection, icon packs, unlimited Pause and Timer apps, Strict Focus, Mindful Break, and every widget. 🔒 Private by default, Work Profile ready • No ads, ever. No sign-in required. Your screen time and app usage stay on your device. • Supports Android's Work Profile and dual apps. 🌙 A gentler digital detox A minimalist phone experience, a dumb phone launcher that keeps the tools you love. Stop scrolling at 11 pm, reduce screen time, and settle into a phone detox at your own pace. Download Yin Yang Minimalist Launcher. Your phone, but calmer. ────────── Accessibility Service Yin Yang uses Android's Accessibility Service for two optional features, and nothing else. Double-tap to lock: detects your double-tap gesture on the home screen and turns the display off. Mindful Timer: notices the moment a monitored app comes to the foreground so your session timer starts right away. Both are off by default, and Yin Yang works fully without enabling Accessibility. We never read screen content, notifications, messages, or any other personal data, and nothing is collected or shared. You can turn it off anytime in Android Settings.
