Library Mission & Service Roles Mission Statement: The Marshall County Public Library System provides equal opportunity access to information, high quality book and multimedia materials, programs, exhibits, and on- line resources to meet the needs of the community. Resources include reference materials, periodicals, online databases, and access to interlibrary loan.
