Choiceful: OCD Treatment App аналитика приложений для 14 октября

Choiceful guides you through OCD episodes, just like an OCD therapist would in session. **How does it work?** Just write down what's bothering you and Choiceful's AI therapy chat session provides step-by-step therapeutic guidance. It's powered by AI and personalized to what you’re dealing with in the moment. Specifically, it’ll help you to… - Identify and resist your compulsive urges. - Defuse from intrusive thoughts & feelings. - Choose to live your life on your terms, not OCD’s. **Isn’t this an AI therapist?** No, and we’ll never try to replace a therapist. We’re an AI-enabled therapy tool that provides in-the-moment support. **What does “choiceful” mean?** Living with OCD can feel impossible. But no matter how overwhelming your intrusive thoughts, anxiety and compulsive urges are, you have the power to choose. Being choiceful means practicing this power and living life on your own terms, not OCD’s. This app is made to cultivate that skill and choiceful way of living. Be choiceful! Our favorite quote is by Viktor Frankl - “Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In that choice lies our growth and our freedom.” **Where does my data go?** We take your privacy very seriously. OCD is a very sensitive and personal disorder. As OCD sufferers ourselves, we know that from our personal experience. We use HIPAA-compliant infrastructure, industry security best practices, and your data is not used to train AI or LLMs. **Who are you?** I’m Brian and my life was turned upside down 10 years ago when I got stuck on my first intrusive thought. It’s been a long battle since then, but now I’m on a mission to make OCD treatment should be accessible and affordable to everyone. **Do I need to pay?** Choiceful is free to use with a generous free two conversation sessions per day and Phase 1 of our Treatment Program. If you would like unlimited conversations, you can upgrade to our Basic plan. If you would like access to our full Treatment Program, exposure tools, meditations, and more, you can upgrade to our Pro plan. **MEDICAL DISCLAIMER** Although Choiceful is an AI-powered OCD therapy support app, it is NOT providing therapy itself NOR is it meant to replace a therapist. Instead, it’s to be another tool in your OCD support toolkit. Although we know it's not feasible for many sufferers, we still recommend this app be used as a tool under OCD clinical supervision.
