Ash is an AI built from the ground up for personalized mental health support to help you celebrate wins, make sense of chaos, and get support on bad days. Ash is a private, zero judgment space to speak freely. Ash learns from your patterns and gives you personalized insights to help you understand yourself more deeply. How is Ash built? Most AI tools were built using data from the internet. Ash is a specialist AI in human psychology trained on a large-scale data set of proprietary expert data to draw from established techniques used in therapy (cbt/cognitive behavioral therapy, dbt/dialectical behavior therapy, ifs/internal family systems, act, somatic therapy, etc.). Ash is designed and guided by an expert team of the world's top mental health leaders. What outcomes have you seen from people who downloaded Ash? For users who speak to Ash a few times a week or more: 91% made progress or met goals they set for themselves On average, users have about one more meaningful real-world relationship Who can use Ash? Ash builds itself around you to support your unique mental health journey in whatever way is most helpful for you. Many people use Ash while navigating major life changes like grief, divorce, burnout, job loss, and more. Others use Ash for everyday challenges like overthinking, work stress, intrusive thoughts and loneliness. Couples in romantic relationships use Ash to better understand attachment styles (anxious attachment, avoidant attachment, etc.), improve communication and boundary setting. Ash also helps individuals navigate breakups and dating. Countless men and women experiencing miscarriage/pregnancy loss, becoming a new parent, postpartum worries and mom guilt also turn to Ash for support. Ash is not a substitute for clinical mental health treatment. People receiving care for anxiety, depression, ptsd, ocd, that are neurodivergent or have other mental health conditions should use Ash alongside clinical therapy support, not as a replacement for it.
