The Rest Day is a not-to-do list — add the things you don't want to do, and set how long that should last. It helps you stay motivated to do what actually matters, or simply gives you permission to rest. When creating an item, you can choose whether to set a reminder or set the time to forever. You can also add sub-items to items and choose whether to mark items as important. Additionally, you can choose whether to repeat items and customize the interval between repetitions.
