Pre-Order Acknowledgement1 All product images displayed on this website are for illustrative and design reference purposes only.    Final products may vary due to production processes, including but not limited to variations in color, accessories, and minor design details.2 Product colors may differ due to photographic lighting conditions and/or display settings on individual devices. The actual product received shall prevail.3 By placing an order, the customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all statements set forth herein.    Returns or exchanges based on color variance or subjective expectations shall not be accepted.2. Shipping and Order Fulfillment1 In-stock items shall be dispatched within approximately two (2) to five (5) business days upon receipt of full payment.2 Made-to-order and pre-order items require a production period of approximately three (3) to four (4) months, excluding public holidays. Actual shipping timelines may vary depending on production progress.3 Where an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, shipment shall be made only after all items are available.   Customers who wish to receive in-stock items earlier must place separate orders.3. Order Cancellation and Refunds1 Upon order confirmation, the order shall immediately enter procurement, currency exchange, and administrative processing.2 Cancellation requests made within twenty-four (24) hours of order placement shall be eligible for a full refund.3 Cancellation requests made after twenty-four (24) hours, for reasons not attributable to the Company (including but not limited to personal reasons),    shall be subject to an administrative fee equivalent to ten percent (10%) to fifteen percent (15%) of the total order amount.4 All refunds shall be processed after deduction of applicable fees and shall be issued via bank transfer only.5 The Company reserves the right to restrict or suspend
