This informative workshop is great for women who are beginning to research their individual cycles and for those who want to fill in some blanks.Cycle Embodiment: Feminine Wisdom, is facilitated by Yoga Barn's resident wellness practitioner, Nina Taumberger.Designed specifically for women who want to connect into this intimate part of themselves, the content of this workshop will explore how we are connected to nature, the earth's seasons, lunar phases, archetypes, and the cycliler seasons of femininity. With the ultimate goal of helping women heal their relationship with the most feminine aspect of themselves: their menstrual cycle.Partially seminar and partially interactive, we will embody our new found knowledge & healing with an experiential movement ritual.It is open to women of all ages who are interested in gaining insight into their cyclical nature.
