Our new magnum releases are based on the wonderful 2015 harvest. Most of these wines have had an extra 5 years on lees compared to their original 75cl release. To date, it still ranks as our most decorated year in respect to Trophies, Gold Medals and scores. Every single wine has triumphed along the way. Our magnums represent the pinnacle of what we have to offer in terms of quality, complexity and age-ability. Every bottle comes in a special magnum gift box. Below is a short explanation of each wine. Brut Reserve No 5 No 5 is based on 2016, a year in which we lost 70% of our crop to frost on the 27th of April. It was the only wine we made that year after deciding to put all of our fruit into this our most important wine. Despite the loss the season was actually very good and produced a small quantity of beautifully ripe fruit. It also taught us a valuable lesson in being prepared for the worst, and ever since that day we’ve successfully managed to combat frost and generally been better prepared and resilient to the chaotic nature of our weather. Aged for 8 years on lees this wine is amazingly youthful for it’s age. Like other magnum releases it will start to show more obvious development over the next year, but feels like it has a very long life ahead of it. 40% Chardonnay 40% Pinot Noir 20% Pinot Meunier. Production 50 bottles - £90 per bottle Brut Rosé 2015 - SOLD OUT To date the only pure Pinot Rosé we've ever produced, making the most of what was a wonderful Pinot year. Bold, rich and textured on release, this wine has probably benefitted the most from 8 years on lees. 90% Pinot Noir, 10% Pinot Meunier. Production 50 Bottles - £100 per bottle Gold Sommelier Wine Awards - Gold Wine GB Awards  Blanc de Blancs 2015 - SOLD OUT This wine exploded when it was given a whopping 97/100 and won a Decanter Panel tasting lead by Suzy Atkins MW. 100% Chardonnay.  Production 150 Bottles - £115 per bottle 97/100 and Winner of Decanter Panel Tasting Blanc de Noi
