Once the water reaches a rolling boil, remove it from heat and add 1 tsp per cup of black tea leaves. Let the tea steep for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavours to infuse. Then, remove the tea leaves and let the brewed tea cool to room temperature. Once cooled, pour the tea over a glass filled with ice and garnish with honey, lemon or a sprig of mint. Stir well and enjoy! (It’s best not to store this iced tea using the hot method in the fridge as the tea will become cloudy.)
