(Seefestspiele Mörbisch), Milady de Winter in Die drei Musketiere (Freilichtspiele Tecklenburg), Katharina/Lilli Vanessi in Kiss Me, Kate (Oper Bonn), Sheila in Hair (Gärtnerplatztheater München, Bad Hersfelder Festspiele), Lina Lamont in Singin' in the Rain (Gärtnerplatztheater München, Oper Graz), Fantine in Les Miserables, Maria Magdalena in Jesus Christ Superstar (Gärtnerplatztheater München), Reno Sweeney in Anything Goes (Theater St. Gallen), Claire de Loone in On the Town (Gärtnerplatztheater München, Theater St. Gallen), Miss Adelaide in Guys and Dolls (Oper Graz) und Prinzessin Fiona in Shrek (Capitol Theater Düsseldorf). Bettina Mönch war die Premierenbesetzung der Ulla in der deutschsprachigen Erstaufführung von The Producers bei den Vereinigten Bühnen Wien und am Admiralspalast Berlin. Regelmäßig gastiert sie an der Wiener Volksoper in Rollen wie unter anderem als Sally Bowles in Cabaret, als Hexe in Into the Woods und als Phyllis in Follies. Bettina Mönch ist der Oper Dortmund als regelmäßiger Gast eng verbunden und war in Jekyll & Hyde (Lucy), Cabaret (Sally Bowles), Rent (Maureen) und in Sweeney Todd (Mrs Lovett) zu sehen. Als Elisabeth im gleichnamigen Musical war sie zuletzt an der Semperoper Dresden zu erleben.
