Remember, it is crucial not to drink and drive. We recently experienced fires in our municipal area that, fortunately, did not cause as much damage as initially feared. I would like to thank the Fire Services of Langeberg Municipality and Cape Winelands District Municipality for their hard work in extinguishing the fires. Thanks also to the volunteers and members of the public who assisted with food and drinks for the personnel.
