Four weeks for £39, payable in advance. 48 years of working with various aspects of Therapeutic Massage & Healing paradigms, ongoing study of Indian Classical dance, CranioSacral Therapy and 2 major Yoga teacher trainings are woven into somatic movement experiences to help transcend the limited self. Aspects of Dance, Crystal & Tibetan sound bowls/ chimes and self massage & acupressure are sometimes utilised for your enjoyment & health within the time honoured traditions of Raja and Hatha Yoga.
