Shoe sizing with Nfinity is so difficult. But found the size 7 to be true to size. I usually wear a 7 in dress shoes and go up to 7.5 for sneakers. The size 7 fit snug with socks as expected for cheer shoes which should feel more fitted. My daughter is a size 6.5 and they were slightly large on her with a bit of room in the toe.
