Flex Rent users may pay a recurring monthly membership fee of $5.99; membership automatically renews until canceled. Flex Rent and Flex Bills users must pay a processing fee of 0.5% of your total rent or bill amount when paying your rent or bills through Flex services (an additional 2.5% surcharge applies when using a credit card). A split fee of up to 3% for each line of credit, based on how much you borrow each month, is also charged and cannot be reduced with early repayment. Flex Pay in Full users who are not extended a line of credit, are also subject to the 0.5% processing fee of their total rent amount (an additional 2.5% surcharge fee applies when using a credit card). Flex Pay in Full users who are not extended a line of credit are not subject to a recurring monthly membership fee. Other third party fees may apply. See your offer for more details.
