Record the meeting, the client call or the site visit — Roomtone gives you back the summary, the decisions and the action items before you leave the room. WHAT YOU GET FROM ONE RECORDING • A structured summary with sections and bold lead-ins, not a wall of text • Action Items: who agreed to do what, and by when if it was said • Decisions: what was settled, and by whom • Risks: what got flagged as a problem or an unknown • A full transcript you can read, edit, copy or share — and correct a name in, with the notes written again from it • A chat that answers from your own recordings, and says so when the answer is not in them BUILT FOR MEETINGS THAT HAPPEN IN A ROOM • No extra device to carry: the recorder is the phone already in your pocket • One-on-ones, client calls, interviews, site visits, standups • If a phone call interrupts the recording, it picks back up and comes back as one file • For the calls that do have a link, send a notetaker into Zoom, Meet or Teams — it joins as a participant everyone can see • 100+ languages: the notes come back in the language that was spoken • Everything from one client or project stays in one folder Subscription Full access requires an auto-renewable subscription, billed weekly, monthly or annually. The annual plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Prices are shown before you subscribe and vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
