RotorLog is the digital logbook built specifically for helicopter pilots, not a fixed-wing logbook with extra boxes. Every field, from autorotations to hoist cycles, exists because a working helicopter pilot needed it. WHY PILOTS CHOOSE ROTORLOG • Log PIC, co-pilot, dual and instructor time, day, night and NVG hours, IFR actual and simulated time, and simulator sessions by device type • Separate takeoff and landing counts for day, night and NVG flying, plus ten landing surface types, including confined area, pinnacle, slope, shipboard, water and snow • Track hoist cycles, winch cycles, sling loads and water drops • Tag every flight by mission: HEMS, SAR, firefighting, offshore, survey, pipeline patrol, mountain flying, tour and more • Capture your instructor's signature on the flight and get a dedicated Training Endorsements page in your exported logbook • 90+ helicopter models and 80,000+ airports and heliports built in, so logging a flight takes seconds • Anything missing? Add your own aircraft, landing types, mission tags and landing sites, each with a custom name, icon and color STAY CURRENT, STAY READY FOR DUTY • A rolling currency engine tracks day, night and IFR recency against configurable rules, so you always know where you stand • Add your own expiry items for medicals, ratings, checks or anything else, with alerts before they lapse • A real duty and flight time limitation tracker, with built-in reference profiles for FAA Part 135.267, 135.265, 135.271 and 61.195, plus EASA ORO.FTL and UK CAP 371 templates (advisory only, not a legal certification) PROVE YOUR HOURS, THE DAY SOMEONE ASKS • Export a print-ready PDF logbook in EASA Part-FCL, FAA, or complete format • Generate a Career Pack, a clean summary of your experience for job applications and check rides • Export to Excel, or back up every field of every flight to CSV, ready to restore any time • Automatic cloud backup every 7 days, so your logbook is never one lost phone away from gone SWITCH FROM PAPER IN MINUTES • Photograph your old paper logbook, or upload a PDF, Excel file or CSV export from another app • AI reads the handwriting or data, flags anything it is not sure about, and catches duplicates before anything is saved • Your first full import is free SHARE PROOF WITHOUT SHARING YOUR ACCOUNT • Send a password-protected, expiring link to your logbook, no account needed on the other end, live or frozen as a snapshot • Choose exactly what a recipient can see, down to hiding locations, names or times of day • Grant an instructor, examiner or chief pilot ongoing access to review, propose corrections, or formally verify a flight, a verification that flags itself if you edit the record afterward ALWAYS IN SYNC, ALWAYS OFFLINE-READY • Log flights with no signal at all, wherever the job takes you • One account, one logbook, across iPhone, iPad, Mac and other platforms, kept in sync automatically and in real time • Two-factor authentication, passkey sign-in, and full control over your signed-in devices SEE YOUR FLYING CAREER, NOT JUST YOUR HOURS • Deep stats on time, landings, missions, routes and aircraft, plus recency indicators and flying streaks • A Logbook Health score that quietly tells you what is missing or worth cleaning up • RotorLog Wrapped, a yearly story of your flying you can share TRY IT BEFORE YOU COMMIT • Explore the demo the moment you open the app: a full sample logbook, no account and no sign-up required • RotorLog is free to download and preview.
