Fermolog is a fermentation log and brewing calculator for mead makers, home winemakers, cider makers and homebrewers. Track every batch from pitch to bottle, see where it stands at a glance and know what to do next. TOSNA NUTRIENT CALCULATOR Plan staggered nutrient additions with the built-in TOSNA calculator. Fermolog works out each Fermaid O or Fermaid K dose from your starting gravity, volume and your yeast's nitrogen demand, then reminds you when the next addition is due. BATCH LOG & TIMELINE Log gravity readings, step feeds, racking, notes and photos on one clear timeline. Mead (honey wine) and melomel, cider and perry, grape and fruit wine, and ginger beer each have their own batch type and fermentation phases. GRAVITY CHARTS & ABV Watch gravity fall and alcohol rise on a single chart. Fermolog calculates ABV from your OG and FG readings, keeps it correct after step feeding and shows how far each batch is through primary, secondary and aging. BREWING CALCULATORS ABV, gravity to Brix conversion, step feeding, backsweetening and carbonation priming sugar, in metric or imperial units and connected to your batch data. YEAST & NUTRIENT LIBRARY Browse common wine, mead and cider yeasts and nutrients, with YAN values and dosage ranges for nutrients, or add your own. RECIPES Save any batch as a recipe and brew it again, adjusting whatever you like. BOTTLE INVENTORY & LABELS Know how many bottles you have, which are ready to drink and which are still aging. Design bottle labels with the built-in label maker. ASK FERMO, YOUR AI BREWING ASSISTANT Ask about your own batch and get answers based on its readings and history: is fermentation stuck, when should you rack, how do you adjust sweetness. REMINDERS, SYNC & EXPORT Get reminders for gravity checks, nutrient additions, racking and bottling. Your batches sync across your devices and stay available offline. Export any batch as a PDF, CSV or Word report. Made for mead makers, home winemakers, cider and perry makers, and homebrewers.
