Gone Good makes it easy to rescue delicious surplus food from local cafés, bakeries, and stores at a fraction of the price. Instead of going to waste, you get it fresh in a Mystery Bag for about ⅓ of retail value. How it works: Browse & reserve: Open the app to see nearby Mystery Bags filled with unsold food. Pick up in-store: Collect your bag at the time set by the store. Enjoy the surprise: Get delicious food at a great price, while doing good for the planet. Why Gone Good? Save money: Great food, around ⅓ of the usual price. Fight food waste: Every bag rescued reduces landfill waste and emissions. Support local: We're 100% NZ owned and operated and local partner cafés, restaurants, and stores benefit too. Whether it’s a bag of pastries from your local bakery, a selection of meals from your favourite café, or a surprise box from the supermarket, every pickup is a win for your wallet and the planet.
