Todo4you is project management that stays out of your way. A clean, modern Kanban board with real-time collaboration and everything your team needs to go from idea to done - without the complexity. KANBAN BOARDS & LIST VIEW Drag and drop tickets across custom status columns. Switch between board view, list view, timeline (Gantt), and calendar view. Define your own workflow per project - Backlog, To Do, In Progress, Review, Done, or whatever fits your team. REAL-TIME COLLABORATION Every change is instantly visible to your entire team. No refreshing, no waiting. Invite team members by email and assign roles: Viewer, Contributor, Editor, or Manager. RICH TICKET MANAGEMENT Each ticket supports titles, descriptions with Markdown, types (feature/bug/release), priority levels, deadlines, assignees, color-coded tags, checklists, file attachments, blockers, and sub-tasks. Everything you need, nothing you don't. TIME TRACKING Start and stop timers directly on tickets, pause and resume, or add time manually. See per-user breakdowns and track your team's time investment per project. DIRECT MESSAGING Chat with your teammates in real time, right inside the app. Share images and stay in sync without switching to another tool. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS Never miss an update. Get notified about new comments, mentions, ticket changes, and chat messages - even when the app is in the background.
