Moontalk brings your company’s calls to where the work happens. The Moontalk app is a business switchboard that lets you handle your work calls, keep an eye on your team’s call queues and manage your own availability — all on the same phone you use for everything else at work. Please note: the app is intended for organizations that use the Moontalk communication solution*. Your team’s calls in real time See your team’s queued calls, who is available in the queue and how calls are distributed. Join a queue or step out of it with a single tap. When a colleague has called a customer back, the information updates in real time, so the same customer never gets two calls. No inquiry goes unanswered Missed and unhandled calls are automatically collected into tasks. Call back straight from the list, and your team sees immediately that the matter has been taken care of. Share your status with everyone at once Set a presence status for a meeting, for lunch or for a vacation. Your status is shown in the contact details of Moontalk app users in your organization, and your calls are routed accordingly. You can also schedule a status in advance. An out-of-office greeting that still lets the important calls through Tell callers you are away and direct urgent matters to a colleague. Contacts on your VIP list still reach you directly. The right number for the situation Choose which number is shown when you call: your company’s number, the queue’s number or your own. The customer sees the number you selected, and return calls are routed to the right place. Reports that tell you what matters Track the number and duration of your own calls, or the answer rate of a whole queue, over any period you choose. Additional services Depending on the services your organization uses, the app may also include call recording** and Moontalk AIRI**, which automatically compiles the key points of a call into notes.
