Three practice tools for guitarists that work together Hold a drone while you practice scales, modes, chords, or melodies. Set a tempo and let the circle of fifths guide you through all twelve keys. Build a chord progression and improvise over it. The drone keeps playing while you switch between tools, so your practice never stops. DRONE Practice against a stable key center or create your own harmonic backdrop. Choose any of the twelve keys as a major or minor chord, a bare fifth, or build any chord you like from the keyboard. Sixteen detuned oscillators and a lush convolution reverb create a warm, musical pad that you can listen to for hours without fatigue. Chord names are spelled correctly for every key, and a sharps/flats option matches the notation you're reading. CIRCLE OF FIFTHS An interactive circle showing every major key, its relative minor, and the Roman numeral function of every scale degree. Cycle automatically through all twelve keys by fourths or fifths in major or minor at any tempo, with an optional count-in. Or switch to Build mode and create your own chord progressions. Tap chords onto the circle, assign beat lengths, choose from twelve chord qualities, and loop the progression indefinitely. Edit chords while playback continues without interrupting the groove. Perfect for practicing scales, triads, arpeggios, modes, chord tones, and improvisation through every key. METRONOME A clean, reliable metronome with tap tempo, simple and compound time signatures, optional accented downbeats, and seamless integration with the drone and circle of fifths. BUILT FOR PRACTICE • Audio continues when the app is backgrounded or your screen is locked. • Mixs naturally with backing tracks and other audio. • Independent volume controls for the drone, bass, chord tones, and metronome. • Portrait and landscape support. • A dark interface designed for practice sessions, not spreadsheets. NO STRINGS ATTACHED No account. No subscription. No ads. No analytics. No network requests. Everything runs entirely on your device, and your practice never leaves it. Designed for six-string guitar in standard tuning. Requires iOS 17 or later.
