HostBook is the financial operating system for co-hosted short-term rentals. Built for Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com hosts who split income with co-hosts, manage multiple listings, and need complete clarity on where the money actually goes. HostBook tracks bookings, expenses, co-host payouts, recurring rent, shared costs, multi-currency income, and portfolio profitability — all in one calm, native Apple experience. No spreadsheets. No bloated accounting software. — CO-HOST PAYOUTS, DONE PROPERLY — This is where HostBook stands apart: Percentage-based revenue splits Fixed per-booking payouts (Pro) Tiered rates for short vs. long stays (Pro) Shared expense pass-through (Pro) Effective-date rules for agreements that change over time The Co-host Payout view shows who owes who, how the numbers were calculated, what was already paid, and what remains outstanding. — TEAM ACCESS — Invite co-hosts and control what each one sees and does, listing by listing. Shared calendars, personal reports and fee shares, booking and expense requests that wait for your approval — with real-time notifications.
