See what your EV is really doing. EV Monitor connects to your Hyundai IONIQ 5/6, Kia EV6/EV9 or Genesis GV60 through a Bluetooth OBD2 adapter and shows you the data the dashboard doesn't: real battery state of charge from the BMS, every cell voltage, true charging power, battery health, and honest range. LIVE DASHBOARD • Real BMS state of charge (not the rounded display value) • Pack voltage, current and power — draw and regen, live • All 180 cell voltages with imbalance detection • Battery temperatures, tire pressure & temperature, 12V battery health • Motor RPM, gear, speed, odometer CHARGING INSIGHT • Fast Charge Readiness: whether your battery is warm enough to take a full-speed DC charge right now, from the pack's own temperature sensors • Charging power at the pack and estimated at the plug • AC vs DC fast charging detection with a plug-in timer • Full charging curve (kW over time) recorded for every session TRIPS & HISTORY • Drive logging while the app is open: distance, energy, regen, efficiency • Tap any drive for the detail: peak power and regen, top speed, and the battery temperature range across the trip • Automatic charge logging with energy added and peak power • Battery health snapshots build your degradation trend over time NUMBERS YOU CAN TRUST • Every reading is explained: what it is, where it comes from, how it's worked out • If the app misses part of a drive, it tells you and marks the totals as a floor — it never quietly presents a fragment as the whole trip • Where your car doesn't publish a reading, the app says so instead of guessing BATTERY INSIGHTS, IN PLAIN LANGUAGE • State of health with a verdict, not just a number • Cell balance score and the cell to watch • Lifetime round-trip efficiency • ICCU/12V watch — early warning for the known failure patterns CARPLAY • Glanceable EV status on your car screen: charge state, power, range and battery temp — mode-aware while driving, charging, or parked 12V PROTECTION • Auto-disconnects after parking so the adapter never drains your 12V battery PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account. No ads. No tracking. Nothing leaves your device — the app doesn't even use the network. GOOD TO KNOW • iOS does not let apps keep a Bluetooth connection alive in the background, so drives are recorded while EV Monitor is open on screen. The app is honest about the gap when it happens rather than inventing the missing distance. WHAT YOU NEED • A Hyundai/Kia/Genesis EV on the E-GMP platform (IONIQ 5, IONIQ 6, EV6, EV9, GV60, GV70 EV) • A Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE 4.0+) ELM327-compatible OBD2 adapter, e.g. Vgate iCar Pro BLE 4.0. Classic-Bluetooth-only adapters won't work. EV Monitor is an independent app, not affiliated with Hyundai Motor Group. Vehicle data is read via the standard OBD2 diagnostic port. • Lifetime round-trip efficiency • ICCU/12V watch — early warning for the known failure patterns 12V PROTECTION • Auto-disconnects after parking so the adapter never drains your 12V battery PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account.
