Your work miles have a new best friend. Mileage Pup is a private, local-first mileage and vehicle log built for professional drivers and anyone who wants organized records. Tap Start Drive before you move, then keep each journey tied to the vehicle that actually drove it. BUILT FOR REAL WORK Mileage Pup is useful for rideshare and delivery drivers, freelancers, contractors, filmmakers, real-estate professionals, caregivers, field professionals, small-business owners, and anyone who tracks driving for work. ONE-TAP JOURNEY RECORDING • Start, pause, resume, and end a drive from one screen • See GPS-derived distance and elapsed time while a drive is active • Keep a user-started drive recording in the background or while the screen is locked • Classify journeys and add a business purpose or notes • Save useful pins and inspect route evidence on Journey Map • Review disclosed GPS gaps instead of fabricated mileage • Keep GPS estimates separate from odometer values you explicitly enter or confirm MULTIPLE VEHICLES, ONE ORGANIZED ARCHIVE Add each vehicle you drive and keep its history distinct: • Vehicle-specific Home totals, History, Journey Map, and analytics • Explicit All Vehicles reporting without reassigning journeys • Support for gasoline, diesel, hybrid, plug-in hybrid, and battery-electric vehicles • Miles or kilometers for drivers in different countries and regions • Durable journey history designed to remain useful across app updates ODOMETER, FUEL, CHARGING, AND SERVICE The optional Garage helps you organize more than mileage: • Odometer readings and checkpoints • Full and partial fuel fills • EV and plug-in charging sessions, including optional battery levels • Maintenance and service records • Maintenance reminders • Recorded versus unrecorded odometer change • Evidence-aware fill-to-fill fuel economy when qualifying records exist Mileage Pup does not invent MPG results when fills, units, or odometer evidence are incomplete. CSV PACKAGES FOR YOUR RECORDS OR CPA Create an organized, coordinate-free ZIP package with journey CSVs, per-vehicle files, and period summaries. Exported records can include dates, distance, duration, classification, business purpose, notes, vehicle identity, GPS status, and odometer evidence while excluding route coordinates and plate labels. Use the files for your own bookkeeping or share them with a CPA, accountant, tax preparer, or business administrator. Mileage Pup helps you maintain contemporaneous records; it does not determine whether a drive is deductible, guarantee a write-off, file taxes, or provide tax advice. Tax and recordkeeping requirements vary by country and situation, so consult a qualified professional. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No Mileage Pup account • No advertising • No cross-app tracking • No developer-operated analytics SDK • No developer cloud database in version 1.0 • Records stay in the app’s private storage on your iPhone • Files leave Mileage Pup only when you choose to export and share them PAY ONCE Mileage Pup is a one-time purchase with no subscription. Start the trip. Keep the record. Let Mileage Pup handle the trail.
