Pick your intensity — Easy is a light jog, Hard is a real run — and session length from a quick 10 minutes to a full 25. Running in place drives your pace bonus and calorie estimate, with rounds and rest breaks like a proper cardio session. New games land regularly — one subscription, a growing arcade. KEEP THE STREAK ALIVE Daily streaks (with a monthly rest-day freeze), personal records, level progression, and a weekly goal you set yourself. An optional evening reminder nudges you before a streak breaks. YOUR CAMERA NEVER LEAVES YOUR PHONE All body tracking happens on-device with Apple's Vision framework. Camera video is never recorded, never uploaded, never leaves your phone. Even when you cast to a TV, only the game and a stick-figure skeleton are sent — not the camera picture.
