Neiv is an offline car navigator for Ukraine that keeps guiding you when the GPS signal disappears or is distorted. GPS stays the primary source. When it drops out, Neiv computes the distance travelled from your car's own speed (standard OBD-II port, Bluetooth LE or Wi-Fi adapter) together with the phone's gyroscope, and matches the track onto an offline road graph.
