Equipmeter is a maintenance management system (CMMS) for the teams that keep equipment running. WORK ORDERS Create a job from a request or a schedule, assign it to a technician or a vendor, add photos and a checklist, record the parts and the hours, and close it with the evidence attached. ASSETS One record per machine: documents, meters, downtime, maintenance history and cost of ownership. Retire an asset and its KPIs close with it. PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE Schedules by date or by meter reading. Work orders appear before the job is due, not after. INSPECTIONS Checklists your team fills in on the shop floor, with photos and readings. SPARE PARTS Stock per storeroom, reservations against open jobs, and QR labels for the shelf. REQUESTS Anyone can report a problem by scanning the QR code on the machine. You triage it into a work order. REPORTS Spend, cost of ownership per asset, inventory value and operating metrics. ASSISTANT Ask in plain language what is overdue or where a machine stands, and draft a work order from a description. Equipmeter is sold to companies and works with an existing Equipmeter workspace. Sign in with the account your workspace administrator gave you. New workspaces are created at equipmeterai.com.
