10月24日 的 Tallyscan: Barcode to XLS 應用程式分析

Point your phone at a barcode and it becomes a row in a spreadsheet. That is the whole idea. Tallyscan is a barcode scanner for people who need the data in a file, not in a dashboard. No account, no sign-up, no cloud. Scan, check the table, export, get on with the day. SCAN THE WAY THE JOB NEEDS • Batch mode — hold the phone up and sweep a shelf. Every code lands in the list on its own, at Normal, Fast or Turbo speed. • Single mode — one deliberate scan at a time. • Manual keypad — type a code the scanner cannot read, letters included. • Bluetooth scanner guns — pair any HID barcode scanner and the codes type themselves in. • Drag the scan frame where you want it, so a crowded label reads the right code. SIX READY-MADE SHEETS Different jobs need different columns, so you do not build a template from scratch: • Quick — code and quantity, nothing else • Inventory count — code, quantity, location, time • Retail stock — code, name, price, quantity • Field service — code, asset, note and a photo • IT assets — code, asset tag, owner, location • Library / archive — ISBN, title, shelf, status • Custom — name your own columns, including photo and number fields EXPORT TO A REAL FILE • .XLSX with proper columns • .CSV for anything that eats plain data • .PDF for a document you can hand to a client, with your logo, header and a signature line Pick which columns go in, then send the file through the share sheet — to Files, Mail, a cloud drive, whatever you already use. There is no row limit, no item cap and no monthly quota. IT WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL Everything lives on the phone: the scans, the lists, the photos, the exports. A warehouse basement, a container yard, an aircraft hangar, a stockroom with no Wi-Fi — the app does not care. Nothing is uploaded anywhere unless you export it yourself. DETAILS THAT MATTER AFTER THE HUNDREDTH SCAN • Scanned the same code twice? The line shows × 2. Switch between merged and split views without losing a single scan event. • Fix a quantity, price or note right on the row. • “Ask for details after each scan” opens the form while the item is still in your hand. • Import your own product catalogue from CSV or XLSX and codes resolve to your names — offline. • The screen stays awake while you scan. • Light, dark or follow the system. MADE FOR Stock takes and physical inventory · retail price checks and shelf audits · warehouse goods-in · asset registers and IT equipment audits · library and archive cataloguing · field service part logs · event and equipment check-in · anywhere someone is holding a clipboard and a pen. READS EAN-13, EAN-8, UPC-A, UPC-E, Code 128, Code 39, Code 93, Codabar, ITF, QR Code, Data Matrix, PDF417 and Aztec. FREE AND PRO The free version scans, counts and exports without limits — one small banner pays for it. Pro removes the banner, adds your logo, header and signature line to PDF exports, and lets you import your own product catalogue. Pro comes as: • Tallyscan Pro Monthly — auto-renewing 1-month subscription, after a 7-day free trial • Tallyscan Pro Yearly — auto-renewing 1-year subscription • Tallyscan Pro Lifetime — one payment, no renewal The price of each is shown in the app before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it any time in your account’s subscription settings. It does not manage your warehouse, invoice your customers or sync to an ERP — it turns barcodes into a spreadsheet, quickly and offline.
