Two ways to play with movement on Apple Watch. Choose Speed Test for a quick wrist-speed estimate, or Fun Punch for sounds, haptics and combos in a guided one-minute movement break. TRY A WRIST-SPEED TEST Move into your stance, hold still for three seconds and wait for the cue. Make one controlled air punch, then see your estimated peak wrist speed in m/s. Sound and visual prompts guide the test. Only the wrist wearing your Watch is measured; results are estimates for fun, not measurements of punch force, technique or fitness. COMPARE YOUR LAST 10 RESULTS Successful speed tests are saved on your Watch. Open Last 10 tests to compare a horizontal bar chart, speeds and test times, with the latest result first. The oldest result is removed after ten. Failed or cancelled attempts do not add a result. Clear speed history separately from ordinary punch history. TAKE A ONE-MINUTE PLAY BREAK In Fun Punch, choose your wearing wrist, tap Start a round and follow the short guide. Relax, make gentle air punches at your own pace and ease off before the break ends automatically. Stop whenever you need. See counts, combos and approximate straight, hook, uppercut and diagonal shovel-hook estimates for your wearing hand. Ambiguous movements can remain unknown. No personal recognition profile is required. CHOOSE YOUR SOUND Classic bag, Heavy impact, Crisp punch or Comic spring: tap a sound to preview and select it. Classic bag is the default. Your choice stays on your Watch. Sound and haptics have their own controls. LOCAL, WATCH-ONLY PLAY Browse up to 1,000 recent movement records alongside your separate speed history. Use JabPop directly on Apple Watch without a usable iPhone companion app, account, ads, subscriptions or in-app purchases. Motion is processed on your Watch; raw motion samples are not saved or uploaded. Records and preferences stay on the device and are not sent to the developer. Wear your Watch securely, leave space around you, keep movements controlled and stop if uncomfortable. Estimates vary with movement and fit.
