YOUR GOAL, YOUR PACE Choose 100 to 20,000 steps in increments of 100 with an easy scrolling wheel. Earlier days keep their original goals. YOUR HISTORY Explore your monthly calendar, daily counts, achieved goals and weekly charts. WIDGETS AND COMPLICATIONS See centered step counts and rings on your Home Screen, progress on your Lock Screen, and step-count complications on compatible Apple Watch faces. ON YOUR WRIST The Watch app shows your progress ring, steps and goal. Your goal settings sync directly from your paired iPhone. Connect Health separately on your watch. Until your goal arrives, a clearly marked 10,000-step default is used. ENGLISH AND POLISH Stridi follows your device or per-app language settings. JUST YOURS A single purchase includes every feature. No account, ads, analytics, subscriptions or backend. Stridi reads only step counts and never writes Health data. iPhone requires iOS 18 or later. The optional Watch app and complications require watchOS 11 or later. Health access is required for real step counts. iOS and watchOS control background refresh schedules; widgets and complications may lag behind Health. Phone and Watch counts may differ while Apple Health syncs. Updates after every step are not guaranteed.
