Rilievo3D turns your iPhone into a survey tool for homes, offices and shops. Walk through the room and the LiDAR scan measures walls, doors and windows. In a few minutes you have a dimensioned floor plan, a 3D model with measurements and a PDF report to send to your client or engineer. HOW IT WORKS • Create the survey: property, address (also from GPS), owner and surveyor. • For each room the app guides you step by step: three photos with a diagram of where to stand and what to frame, then the LiDAR scan. • The measurements come by themselves: area, height, perimeter, length of every wall, doors and windows width × height. • Scan the rooms one after another and you get the overall plan with every room in its real position. • Close the survey and resume it later: the app recognises the area already surveyed and realigns the new rooms. WHAT YOU GET • Plan of each room and overall plan with dimensions. • 3D model without ceiling, with measurements written on the floor and on the openings; rotate and zoom with your fingers. • PDF report with property details, room summary, plans, 3D model and photos. • CAD plans in DXF (open in AutoCAD, BricsCAD, DraftSight, LibreCAD and save as DWG). • 3D model in USDZ, which opens with one tap on iPhone, iPad and Mac. • Full zip archive with photos, PDF, DXF, USDZ and JSON data. PRIVACY No account, no cloud: surveys and photos stay on your iPhone until you choose to share them. LANGUAGES Italian, Portuguese, English, Spanish, German and French. REQUIREMENTS The 3D scan needs an iPhone with LiDAR (iPhone 12 Pro or later, Pro models). Without LiDAR you can still take the guided photos and enter the measurements by hand.
